Wave Work is a Service Oriented organization started in 1984 to cater to Consumer Electronic Products. It began its operation in a car shed with 4 employees at Grant Road now called Vittal malya Road. We were free lancers, therefore offered our Services in the city of Bangalore to customers who owned CE Products like Televisions, Audio & Video Equipment’s. We also integrated custom designed Audio & Video system for high-end customers. By 1985 we carved a name for ourselves in the industry as one of the technically competent and dependable service people & also shifted our set up to Mission Road. Our Employee strength grew to 8. In the year 1988.

Philips India was looking for a service set up at Bangalore City. We were selected to represent them. Thus began our relationship with Philips. As Authorised Service Centre, we were handling Service operations in Bangalore, Kolar, Tumkur, Hassan, Chikamagalur & Hosur Districts! Our team grew to 12.Then onwards there has been no looking back, we were chosen to conduct pre-sale tests and Quality Reporting which was being carried out at Philips India Central wear House .

We conducted Quality tests, customer acceptance tests, transit related failures and reported to factories. In 1993 we assisted Philips India to set up service Centre in various other cities of Karnataka like Mysore, Hassan, Chikamangalur, Raichur, Hubli etc… by providing training to their manpower. In recognition we were awarded for outstanding performance in the Year 1994.

In the meanwhile our team grew to 18 and we began our in house training program with the assistance of Philips India and then onwards it has been a continuous process for us to upgrade technical skills, knowledge and team work as on date. Professional discipline has always been our integral part. Our large customer base is a setting example of our service to customers in Bangalore City & up country market. As on today our employee strength is 20. In the year 2000 we started our technical support to Philips Software centre for Radio Frequency Networking. We are pleased to inform you that we have executed the entire RF Networking and control Room set up of Philips Soft Ware Centre New campus and since then carrying out all RF Related expansions and Maintenance.

As recognition to our association with Philips, we were selected as the Star service centre for Karnataka and being the second one in India. We have our1200 Sq ft office in the heart of the city at Sampangi Ram Nagar. Since 2011, we have discontinued the consumer electronics business. While being a dedicated Professional organization, with out riding on our laurels, we continue our endeavor by providing the best of service support to our Medical, RF and Tech Manpower customers.
