The service activity is conducted by our experienced service coordinators at Bangalore office along with Customer interaction Centre of Skanray Healthcare(formerly L&T Medical Systems).The customers register their equipment complaints with us and the same is relayed to the jurisdiction engineers depending on customer location through our Closed User Group Mobile communication.A Customer Satisfaction Management call(cosam) is made after the complaint is resolved to ensure timely support & satisfactory performance of the equipment. The entire activity is system documented.
Original Factory Spares Hub is maintained at our office for quick dispatch of spares to various locations in case of requirement of field complaints.
